SYNC 4 & Android Auto With Galaxy S21

Mine works 95% of the time. The other 5% the display becomes unresponsive but rebooting sync4 fixes it.

Samsung Flip 5G running latest One UI, Android Auto and Maps.

Galaxy S23+, no SYNC4 issues... I did have a lot of problems with my S20 making calls a few years ago with SYNC3 in my Focus ST.

Well,
My phone is only 2 years old and i would hate to spend another $1000 and find I still have the same problems. Other people on this thread said they had S23 and still have problems. And the only thing I hate more than Jeep is Apple . So you know what that means.

This is my same issue. On occasion the screen becomes unresponsive.

The fix I found is to turn off your phones wifi and turn it back on.

New owner here of a 23 BL. Came here because of AA and Ford Sync issues handling messages. But I have to say, generally across the board Ford Sync is a hot mess. I don't know who Ford uses to design and program Ford Sync but it terrible.
