Torque spec for HD front bumper?

I'm reinstalling the front steel bumper and was wondering the recommended torque amount for the 6 bolts.

I found the rear bumper specs but not the front.

I'm close to tightening it back on so I'll probably just put on semi permanent thread locker and get it pretty tight.

This is a relatively ancient thread, but since it's still one of the top google results, let me add, the torque for the six ea bolts holding the front bumper on is 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)
