Track my order not working?

I received an email on Jan 15 with the Track my Order button. It always worked up until yesterday. Now I just get a few lines or incoherent letters. Supposed to have a Wednesday blend date so this makes me nervous. IS this working for anyone else or is Ford have issues? Thanks!

Its been hit or miss for me. Works one time, then next day can't get it to work at all.
