I seriously can’t believe how bad the IT people at ford are, but it’s consistent with many aspects of the company now.

I’m searching my VIN and order # and nothing is showing up.

It was fine yesterday.

Anyone else having this issue?

Separately, I saw my build week at the dealer this week (2/28) but haven’t seen that update on the tracking site yet. Is that normal?
