I placed an order a Bronco emblem set on 1 February 2023 realizing that there would be an extended wait time for it. I checked back with them on 1 May via email and was told I would get it the following week. Still no emblem set or update on ETA from AR. I understand supply chain issues and demand but this is getting kind of ridiculous.

In our new world (post covid) it is best to just forget about orders and take it as a surprise when they actually land (as long as it is from a reputable business). Getting angry/upset and constantly contacting a company will not make it go any quicker. If it is something you need now only order something that is in stock. Believe me the companies want to fill the orders as much or more than you want to receive it

Agree with you to some extent although I'm not sure how what the OP or I posted could have been construed as being "angry/upset" with AR or "constantly contacting" (hounding) them.

I work for a company where we have very high demand for the products we offer and have to deal with extended delivery times to our customer base. Solid and honest communication with the customer about when they can expect something that they paid for in well in advance usually addresses this issue. I am a big fan of what AR brings to the table with their products but I do think they could do a better job in this regard.

I didn't quote anyone, it was a generalized statement .

I think we all believe each one of us can do better in many regards, and we generally do one mistake at a time.
