Like the title states, these appear to be version 2 that align with our needs in the states with regards to red driving light, brighter red brake light, and white reverse light.

There is a very short video off that Amazon page in the link, that makes installing these pretty simple for useful idiots like myself.

I have the spare tire brake light already and I think these lights will add to your overall light profile in the rear. Any time I can call more attention to when my vehicle is stopping, slowing down, or in reverse the better. People drive on the freeways here in AZ like Mad Maxx villains and they need all the help they can get. I think these will help.

Just saw the video... @G1D1UP , once installed, do you think you'd still be able to remove the hardtop?

I'm thinking not, and if so, this is a no for me then.

I'll wait for V3 that uses a single plug placed next to the factory wiper harness for those of us who take the top off on occasion. Braking lights do not seem very bright, not in that video anyhow.
Has anyone bought some? How is the effectiveness of the reverse lights? Is it usable, or does it glare out the rear glass?
I'm a little iffy on Mabett electronic stuff. Between the interior lights fiasco and the fog lights not being sealed and going poof, I'm skeptical at best. Their interior protection items I have, no real issues.

This might be a good solution for the few out there wanting to run a "rear fog" style bright rear light - stick one of these on the left side and sling it direct to an aux? Not sure what kind of output you get with these, need some videos.

You could barely see them light up in the video. Not sure they do much beyond what the third brake light accomplishes..

Couldn't tell if this would be compatible with aftermarket trailer wiring. Anybody know?
