Hi, I wanted to see if I could get some help from the group. I recently had the Icon stage 3 lift installed on my non-sasquatch BD. I had new 35’s installed the same day. After the install I noticed some fairly strong vibrations when driving above 30, most noticeable from 30-60, and when decelerating. Above 60 I can feel It, but much less pronounced. I’m starting to think this might be pinion angle related, as it definitely seems rotational. Since I did the lift and tires at almost the same time I can’t isolate the cause to one or the other.

Here is what I have done so far…
1. Went back to discount tire and had the tires road force balanced - No change
2. Replaced all the wheels from the stock steelies to Method 705’s - No change (Also had road force balance at this time too)
3. Rotated 2 of 4 tires to spare - no change (still in process of rotating them out to see if i can eliminate a tire issue)
4. Driven in 4 wheel drive (no change)
5. More pronounced after about 5 minutes of driving - it is fairly minimal for the first few minutes in the morning.
6. Shifted to neutral when driving, no change.
7. alignment - no change

Next steps
1. I finally got an appointment to get back in to the shop. They are going to check everything out. I’m going to have them measure the pinion angle to see if that could be causing. What is the fix for that? Do I just buy rear upper link Or do i need to buy both rear upper and lower? If this is the issue, I’m surprised I don’t hear more about this from non-squatch lifts of 3-4”, especially other icon installs.
2. Depending on today I guess I’ll make an appointment at dealer. I’m sure they will just point back to me and say not covered or due to aftermark lift.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like you’re doing everything right. I would have let them figure it out.

I'm not much of a tech guy but from everything you've said it sounds like a pinion angle issue to me too. Are you fairly sure it's coming from the rear?

Do you still have the original wheels/tires? It would be worth trying them if you do.
