These are the same two vehicles that a lot of us have seen in person. They noticed a few things that I didn’t pay attention to. Take a look.

Wait, Sam @Backroad Driver, did you say jump it?!?! Talk about a durability test! I would never do that myself, but would LOVE to see it done!!!

For everyone else, how far are you willing to go with your bronco? What is your limit?

Personally, I know It will be at least a few months minimum before I am willing to take it down any trails. Since I live in FLA, ill take the doors/roof off and drive it down the beach. I just don’t want to risk damaging it early on.

Thats why you just lease a truck. We hit the sand dunes on Lake Michigan several times every summer, my 2021 F150 gets some nice air but nothing to crazy as I have to drive it home.

I have jumped almost every vechicle I have owned capable of jumping. From econoline vans to cjs, to rangers and my old maverick. Hit the right stretch of road at the right speed tires come up, no big deal. I used to railroad hop as a teenager but I wasted too many radiators.

And how many of them were near new vehicles? ;)

A few of them have been fuel injected, to me thats near new! More importantly 2 of them had more than $10,000 in them when my income was only about $26,000 annually. So I think the ratio of value to worth would be the same for many of the people on here. Not all but a good chunk. But I am still going above my worth, I make 40k on a good year and my wife may make a lil over half that but we will hopefully be getting the cheapest 4 door with lockers we can. And once its broken in and I know how it handles with the suspension unloaded on bumps at speed. Then I will probably go for a lil jump the first ime I get the chance.
Do I need to get more than 10 inches of air? No I do not. Just a bunny hop is all this hare needs to do.

I won't do any jumping or anything that crazy, but I do plan on roadtripping to Utah and driving some of the scenic trails out there - Moab or some of the national parks.
