We have been building our catalog and have added many more designs as we developed them. When a new vehicle comes out, it takes a little while to get the base body lines and contours digitized and stripe layouts ready to cut. We design and cut our own kits from concept to finished product.

I know you have a vast library of “custom” decals, but I’m wondering if you’d consider creating custom designs tailored to specific setups. I’m looking for a decal to work in tandem with the new Cascadia 4x4 hood solar panel system for the Bronco.

Cascadia’s previous system involved laying down a full vinyl before attaching the solar panel. However, their new clasp technology, debuting with this Bronco panel, uses smaller vinyls only sized to the panels themselves. Based on reference photos, parts of the Bronco hood “bump” remain exposed.

It would be great to have a vinyl decal designed specifically for this system, with pre-cut holes for the panels to attach while providing full coverage for the exposed areas of the hood. Cascadia customer service doesn’t recommend applying a full vinyl and then attaching their new panel system, so something tailored would be ideal.

I’m local to Orefield, PA, and the solar panels are expected to ship in Q1 2025. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to bring the system by for measurement or a closer look when it arrives.
