White Velcro?

Hey guys. Is white Velcro an option? If I wanted to take the bimini top off temporarily at times, I’d prefer not to have black Velcro strips running down the side of my truck. Is this an option?

This is Mike and unfortunately white is not an option. We do not recommend any other hook and loop be used.

WHY?
The hook and loop we use is special marine product with ultra high heat and cold tolerances. The acrylic adhesives and 2 inch width used in this product are the key.
I personally performed the testing for more than a year under all kinds of conditions here in Texas before we made it our go to hook and loop.
Many of the hook and loop brands we tested failed. They just couldn’t stand up to the heat and it gets hot here in Texas
We use almost 12 feet on the top and it’s one of the most expensive sub components that go into the shade.
You can certainly try something else but we can guarantee it will fail over time.
