OK,...I'll save you some time figuring this out. There is a group of people here that wave at other Bronco drivers. Since you said that you waved at the carwash attendant (the guy that asked you if you did wanted to "check you out" whether you are a waver or not), you will join that group no doubt. The same group likes to put rubber ducks on their dashboards........hence the question about the duck.

Yes, this. Not very common here in MA unfortunately but I wave anyway. Always makes my day when someone waves back and isn't my mom. lol

I worked in MA for several years, just outside the greater Boston area. The only hand gesture you get there is one finger

I have also warned people what happens if you don't have a 0.001s reaction time or better at a traffic light or Dunkin's drive thru.

I brought my wife up there 7 years ago to show her where I grew up. We hadn't even left the airport in a rental yet and someone cut us off, flipped us off, and called me a 6-letter word (the only rental available was a VW Bug 'vert). I couldn't stop laughing, my wife was horrified. I said "yep, I'm home."
