Will this scrape on front bumper rust?

I also have used the Rustoleum Bed liner to match my front modular bumper. Installed BRaptor fog lights and the end caps had some cosmetic damage. The Rustoleum worked near perfectly.

There are several products that will match the factory Ford bumper finish. I used the Rust Reformer as a black primer then sprayed with the bed coating to match the bumper texture.

Will this work on front bumper rock chips?
