I went with OEM Ford Script Badges, sanded the 5 tabs, and attached my own adhesive tape. They look great, are holding on well, and are metal:

That looks great, did you fill the back with epoxy? How hard to trim the 3M body tape? X- acto knife and no hurry. Thanks for the reply. I’ll order them.
