I've got Badlands take-off Capable front and rear bumpers. Fronts have fog lights but no harness (had to re-use them on the new bumper).
Located in Seattle, WA but will be driving through Hermiston/Pendleton on 3/18. That's the closest i'll be to Portland in the foreseeable future.
