Yes, I'm sorry but here's another Bronco Off-Roadeo thread. I did the Moab course on Sunday Nov. 5th. I mostly wanted to reiterate what basically everyone else has already said - it was great! The instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable, the weather was nice and cool, the trail was fun and not too difficult, and I picked up some good tips. I have a Badlands. I ended up in an OBX which was okay but there were a couple of times where I wondered how an obstacle would have gone with the disconnect. It was nice to take someone else's Bronco on the trail and not worry about breaking anything.

We had a small group of 5 Broncos but were in the second group behind another group of 5. It was a little slow at times but it gave us a chance to watch them go first which made it a little easier I think. I heard that sometimes the groups are twice as big, so all in all it was pretty nice.

Thank you to whoever mentioned bringing a usb cord and bluetoothing into the stereo. I was solo but there was another solo person in our group and the instructor rode with him. That was totally fine with me but I'm glad I had some music to play during the day since I was by myself.

The only "negative" being in the second group was that with the time change it got dark before we could finish the course. (Our hours were 1pm-8pm.) So we turned around and went back the way we came doing the same obstacles backwards, in the dark. That was cool but I would have liked to see the rest of the trail (as the front group was able to keep going). Also, I was probably following the lead car a little too close at times on the way out because it was super dark and I couldn't really see what was coming up unless I was kind of close. Ford needs to get those guys some more lights!

I had to drive home right after we got back so I didn't get to stick around for dinner etc. But from my interactions with the other attendees during the day everyone seemed really nice and were having a good time from what I could tell. I was kind of surprised because people did pretty well for what sounded like a somewhat inexperienced group. (And only 2 of us had been to Moab before.)

Overall, 2 thumbs up and thanks to everyone who was there for making it a great day! Here are some pictures, mostly of the other drivers but one of me in the silver OBX. I'm obviously not a professional photographer or influencer as you can tell, lol. - Greg

Awesome, have fun! Such a nice time of year to be out there. I can't do it when it's 100 degrees out. 65-70 and a little overcast is pretty much perfect for me though. That's a nice set up you have going there. What light bar is that?

What trail did you do? I did Moab Off-Rodeo last March, it was awesome. We did a combination of a couple trails - parts of Big Mesa, parts of 7 Mile Rim, and included wipeout hill plus a bit of lite baja-style riding. Super fun, and I learned a lot. I was shocked they would take a bunch of newbies up some of that, but it was smooth sailing, no issues at all. Here I am on Wipeout hill...

We did Dome Plateau. Was thinking of trying 7 Mile Rim next time, looks fun and not too difficult for the most part. Great picture!

Hey all, I want to try this in October, but the dates are all blocked. Do they not schedule out that far in advance? Are there rumors of it coming to an end?
