I'm a very happy MEKMagnet user. Here's my Badlands with the "Toppo" design, works especially well with my Carbonized Gray Backlands.

My experience:
MEKMagnet's customer service is excellent. Monika answers back within a day or two.

The product works! My offroading is in New England, with sometimes thick, heavy branch overhangs. I'm talking real wood branches. It protects the body perfectly. I did add the Ford Performance corner armor pieces (had to cut the MEKMagnet back a little). I see scratch marks on the Performance corner pieces, but not on the MEKMagnet.

It's a serious product, and doesn't go on as easily as Monika's install video (She's an expert). The adhesive is serious, tacky stuff. I recommend four hands to apply, at least on the larger pieces (doors, especially): One person starts the section in a corner and gets it lined up (careful, there!), the other holds it back and away so it doesn't flop somewhere and force you to start over. Then four hands press it down, smoothing and straightening it as you go.

The toppo lines on one piece match the lines on an adjoining piece. Good designing, there!

Adhesive is necessary because the original MEKMagnet products (like, for Jeeps) are actually magnetic. The Bronco's aluminum body doesn't allow that. Thus, the adhesive.

It doesn't realistically go on and off and on and off to justify use for weekend outings. Once you install it, you'll want to keep it on for a long while. Here in New England, I put it on (two seasons now) a week or so before my first serious trip into the woods, and it stays on until early winter. Next summer will be my third year with it.

Think of it as wallpaper on steroids. Get it started and aligned--right--in a corner, then spread it over the body surface carefully. If the start isn't aligned right, you'll want to re-start it, and it doesn't come off very easily. Guard against wrinkles and bubbles, and it's a beautiful, flat surface. I actually use a wallpaper seam roller to press down edges.

After use, you store it on the thick plastic film it came on. Next install (for me, next year), and you refresh the adhesive by washing it under cool running water and letting it dry (I hang it, sticky-side out, in the sun on a fence).

Last, my rig gets serious complements. The nicest--seriously--a guy said, "That's the best looking Jeep I ever saw!" I didn't bother to correct him.

There shouldn't be any difference, the specs we got were the 2022 Sasquatch to build our designs from. The only ones I am aware of that are different are the Heritage and Everglades with different fenders and of course the Raptor.

Love my MEK Magnet Armor! If it can survive multiple Baja runs without any issues, it can survive anywhere. I’ll be ordering some custom stuff from you in the next month or two. Thanks for making a great product!

Can you imagine if they could produce background colors to match the available Bronco color schemes? In your case, toppo on velocity blue...wow. Check the toppo-on-gray on my carbonized gray, up-thread. Whad'ya say, Monika?

I’m looking into a new toppo design with either clear toppo lines so the Bronco color comes through, or bright blue ( closest they have with velocity blue). Not sure yet.

I bought their product and love using it. Cool look plus protection. Definitely has saved my paint on a few occasions already. I owe Monika a few pictures (sorry I promise it’s on the way as soon as I go through pics) but here’s a couple. The only real downside I’ve found is the amount of time it takes to install/remove/clean but maybe I get faster at that over time. Overall approve/would recommend.

Hey Monika-

Are all of the panels identical in size/shape, just with different patterns and (clear?) fillers where needed? For example looking at the Sunset Stripes vs Black Badlands Topo, does the protection above the body line not exist on Sunset Stripes or are those pieces clear? When comparing the Lower panels, the Badlands is clearly a single pieces but is Sunset Stripes separate color strips?

Thanks :)

Hey Eric! they are all the same with the full coverage. The sunset stripes has clear material on the top and bottom sections so the print is only across the middle and the color of your Bronco shows through between, above and below the stripes.
