My new Heritage and our 66. My grandfather purchased the 66 in the later part of 1965 from a Ford dealership that doesn’t exist anymore in our hometown. It has been with us ever since. It’s what I learned to drive in. There are plans to bring her back to life.

Nothing pops more than a Race Red Bronco Heritage Edition.

What a cool opportunity. I’d be bringing that 66 to life sooner rather than later. At least get it covered or inside so weather doesn’t further detonate it. 😎

Maybe you can contact one of the classic car restoration shops with shows on TV and they can work out a deal with you on restoring the 66 - especially since you have a story behind it.

Better get cracking on that ‘66, parts are going up bigly. Go to classic broncos.com when you’re ready. Lots of good info over there. That’s got to be a rare one, I think they call 66’s Budd Broncos. Make it happen!

Are you going to add two extra doors in that restoration? 🤔

WOW! The new one is gorgeous, but available anywhere. That '66 is priceless and deserves better. Get it inside ASAP and start preserving. I'll bet that 170 six-hole under the hood will start with a battery and some starting fluid. Anvil tough. Or sell it to someone who can restore it. Outstanding heritage.
