Yep. Just a simple hollow tube with a sharp end. Poke it through a grommet, then feed the wire through the back. There’s a few different designs, even some curved ones for certain harder to reach areas that you can find.Tell me more.

No tape required, poke the sharp tool through surface then stick wire in end of handle and push it out of the sharp end into interior.

Well that certainly isn't going to work for normal power wires. Seems like some unneeded socket abuse as well.
