Typical time between blend and built is two days. Atypical times are 1 to 6 months. No good way to really track it. You can chat with Ford or call Ford Marketing, but you won’t get the real reason. Any way to track where it is in the production process or how long the build will take?
I thought standard Heritage 2 doors serial numbers began PLA2. Mine is PLA20076I took delivery of this January 11th 2024 as original ordering person passed on it.
PLA19975 manual, blend date March 8th 2023 , delivered to dealer Dec 2023
I guess it was assumed at one point and when everyone was asked for last four digits they were put on bottom of excel sheets. so definitely started a little bit before 20000.
Just a thought but how many miles were on yours when you picked it up? There were early ones built for Ford events before any were built for our orders. This may be one of those.
Mine had 24 kilometers and customer order. Regular production started in March but most of the 2 doors didn't end up getting shipped until much later and production stopped due to quality issues /tops. This is discussed in the heritage forum. Whatever Ford had to do to fix these (repaint tops, replace tops?) we may never know but mine is quiet, leakproof thus far and looks flawless) so I'm happy they fixed it before shipping.

So consider this a friendly survey to my Heritage brothers and sisters on your Bronco production number - last 4 digits of your VIN. Also interested if your model is an HE or HEL, 2 door or 4 door, and MT or AT and color.
