The 24 Sasquatch gets the Hoss 3.0 steering, but still has 2.0 suspension.

Thanks.

So not all 2024 Sasquatch get the upgrade. (This is my Everglades I picked up last night) ☹
They were never supposed to. Hoss 3.0 package is Wildtrak only.

24 badlands and Sasquatch only got the severe duty (hoss 3.0) steering rack

Are those tie rods in the photo 2.0 or 3.0 size? The seem small in person.
The rods are my main concern.

Can anyone confirm if the Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks will fit in my HOSS 1.0 OBX springs? I’m just looking for better ride quality not necessarily lift. It would definitely be less expensive if I only have to buy the shocks and not new springs too.

i just bought some Hoss 3.0 take offs and will be swamping them from the Hoss 2.0. My bronco is the SAS Black Diamond 2 door 7 speed with tow/roof rack (steel front bumper and steel rear bumper).

The take off's was a 4-door with with modular bumper. So hopefully it balance out because of all the added weight the black diamond has with the skid plates and everything else
How did your HOSS 3.0 swap go?

Would lover to hear more and if you gained a smoother ride and if you ran into any issues using the 4dr set on your 2dr.

I have been looking into doing the same thing to my 2dr Badlands.
I too found a set of take offs with around 100 miles on them, price is just OK.

Based on the page one prices shown for ordering new shocks and springs at the dealer I am only saving 400-500 bucks but also not getting 2dr springs so if the springs are too stiff for the weight of the 4drs, then I would be better off just buying all new, assuming this info is still pretty accurate for the cost of ordering new ones.

I too am not wanting a lift, just want smoother ride and better controlled responses to rough roads.
I love the Bronco just prefer to tame it so it's not so much of a bucking Bronco. LOL

Yep, definitely possible. I own a Wildtrak now, but I purchased a set of Fox struts and springs for an Everglades that I previously owned earlier last year. I used the Bilstein shocks from the Everglades to assemble the Fox shocks.

Yes, all of the parts are cross-compatible, and are probably assembled from the same parts bin. Since the shaft on the Fox strut is larger, the ID of the Bilstein bump stop needs to be drilled, but that's it.

The struts and springs were purchased from Dave at Levittown. I will see if I can find the receipt.

EDIT:

Here's the receipt from almost a year ago.

Would it not be too crazy to think these prices might still be sort of close to today's cost using the springs for a 2dr.

$2454 is only 450 more then a used set of takeoffs I found that came off a 4dr, which I am sure has stiffer springs then I need. I am thinking spending the extra 450 would be worth it to get all new parts and the correct coil spring rates recommended for my 2dr Badlands.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 door vs 4 doors suspension is not that much of a difference. I guess there is only 2 types of springs and i lucked out with the lighter springs set.

the suspension is night and day. I totally recommend the suspension if you can. So much smoother and not as harsh of a ride.
The suspension actually leveled out the car and now even all around.

i was able to score some for $1400 with like 600 miles on them
