Found this video since the available snow in cab option was found from our friend in Canada. It makes sense to me now what people are talking about when they say "it's not latched". Take a look to find out how to make sure our softies are latched till Ford comes up with a reasonable fix as in my opinion, the latch should engage on it's own.

I have found if you guide the soft top until its about 18" from meeting with the roof and then just let go and let it fall down, it latches every time. I do double check though.

EDIT: Let me also say, I believe this latch not being all the way may contribute to wind being able to blow gaps in the sections above the driver/passenger doors.
