A few people have asked how durable our Rock Rail Mud Flaps are. Others have mistakenly assumed that they are made with cheap "molded" plastic or ABS.

Since our products are engineered in-house and made from uncommon materials I figured we should do a beat down test to show you why we choose these uncommon materials for the unforgiving task of being an off-road mud flap.

You know, if you're going to bake your mud flaps, why not throw in a batch of cookies or something too? Seems like a missed opportunity.

Impressive!
I'm happy with my RokBlokz, especially because they have sets for the rear, also. Your mounting system for the fronts are ingenious. I look forward to seeing how you come up other install patterns: for trucks which lack the Sasquatch rockrail, and rear sets, too.
I'd sure like to get a set for my Tesla!! 😁😁😁...;)

they look a little too thin! at what speed do they bend because of the wind?

Kydex is pretty rigid at temperatures below 250°F. Bronco is incapable of achieving speeds high enough for significant wind bend to become a factor.

slightly confused on the website. It shows the Sasquatch XL which show 5.375" and a price of $289. Then there is the Bronco XL which show to be 5.75" for $269. Wouldn't I want the fatter ones for a SAS?

Good question. Thanks for asking!

Our Squatch flaps are shaped differently to blend into the outer edge of the much wider Squatch flares for a super clean look. The measurement photos in the individual product descriptions/install video show how each size option lines up with their respective flares so you can see what I'm talking about.

The XL ends up being 3/8" wider than Squatch over the tire, but consider that the XL and Squatch both offer a huge amount of tire coverage to the point that there is no difference in real world protection/performance.

For perspective- imagine they were 10" and 13". You're really covered at about 5" and the rest is just there...

There is actually a lot more flap material required to reach the outer edge of the Squatch flares. The higher price reflects the fact that we can cut far fewer Squatch pieces from a sheet of material than the L and XL sizes.

If only I was going to stick with the factory rock rails. Souper clean and useful looking product.

Thank you.

The cool thing is that we aren't going crazy as a "mud flap" company looking for vehicles in need.. We just make whatever we need/want for our own vehicles. We're just having fun with our own Bronco and discovering and creating things that need to be added/changed on it to suit our liking.
