Hey all!

We finally got an opportunity to get our Bronco Raptor on the Dyno again, but this time Whipple's Calibration using their Tomahawk Flash Device.

Just like calibration for the 2.3/2.7L Bronco's , these are a FULL FLASH Calibration that changes not only engine power and torque, but transmission shifting, drivability, as well as the ability to change tire size, gear ratio, and disable the auto stop/start feature! To boot, Whipple works directly with Ford to ensure none of the Over-the-Air updates effect the calibration of the truck.

Jared spent some time out at Whipple's HQ during their development of the calibration for the BRaptor. While he wasn't able to stick around long enough for the full development & testing, we still got some video and dyno numbers on their Calibration with Megacooler!

Now, on our own BRaptor...
We decided to start off with JUST their calibration. We're talking completely stock truck, apart from the UPR Catch Can and Vossen Wheels. Of course, we ran it over to Palm Beach Dyno to get a baseline on the stock tune and then load up the calibration.

On just the calibration alone, we picked up a nice 50 RWHP and RWTQ gain!

Wow. Looks way more orange than any Code Orange I have stood next to. Nice rig.

its code orange, only avail on raptor
I assumed it was Code Orange but then I remembered that Code Orange always appears bright red in photos so I'm leaning towards wrap.

I assumed it was Code Orange but then I remembered that Code Orange always appears bright red in photos so I'm leaning towards wrap.
so you think under the hood and the inside of the fenders are wrapped too? more likely a film LUT was used for skin tone and its tweaking the orange

I’ve ask a couple of times on other threads, but have not heard back, why does the stock run start at 2100 rpm and the others start at 1600-1700 rpm? That gives the tune a 400-500 rpm advantage at building boost.
Also you mention multiple times in the video over and over that it’s 100% stock bronco raptor. those wheels and tires are not stock what’s the diameter of those wheels?

The wheels are 20 but overall diameter is still a 37.
