Haven’t heard that. Not sure why it’d be included if it wasn’t helpful lol. Too late now.

I install many bugshields, rainguards, etc. I always use the adhesion promoter. It "softens" the clear coat to allow the 3M tape to "stick" better. Works for other applications as well. My body shop has a case of them in the cabinet. ;)

That front tag bracket is magnificent. Merry Christmas
It is pretty slick, isn’t it? ;) It was the first mod I installed!

Yes, it's the modular bumper option.
Thank you so much my friend! Having trouble deciding on this bumper or just going with the stock bumper with the fog lights. You have an awesome build and upgrades planned.
Merry Christmas!

You’re welcome, and thank you!

I chose the modular bumper because I wanted to mount a light bar to it, and add pocket lights (like the Raptor). I’ll have better fog lights and a cooler/more functional bumper (IMO).

Merry Christmas!

What about if I've got PPF on my hood already?

Probably need to remove part of it for better adhesion. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what I’d do.

If you mean the clear film, it would probably stick without the promoter. The promoter may really "gum" up the PPF. Have never tried it.

If we are talking the ceramic coating then even with the promoter they DO NOT like to stick. Just been our experience . 😁

Yeah, I was told that if I’m doing a vinyl wrap or sticking anything on the vehicle to do it before I ceramic coat it. Makes sense!

Vinyl Wrap:

Sorry, these pictures aren’t great but I took them literally as I got home from getting it done. I was going for a “Raptor” inspiration. The design was the same as ADD’s Bronco. The hood decal was to compliment the other black on the vehicle and to cut down on hood glare. The door jambs are just to protect from scuffs.

Please let me know your thoughts!

Very nice! Congratulations and looking good. I also like the hood "anti-glare" and the sill saving protection ideas. But what about the dice? o_O

The dice have been in every vehicle I’ve ever owned. Just my “good luck” charm I suppose. I even had them in my Audi lol.
