I plan on getting outer banks but really not liking the color matched fenders. And I now think it’s an Area 51 for me.

I reserved OBX, but not liking the fenders or wheels. Might be able to swap. Dunno. Love A51. May end up with BD or WT.

The gray top bothered me so much I did a quick and dirty photoshop on the Area 51 pic here. Not as bad. Still leaning towards putting a bedliner on it.

The colored fender flares are atrocious. I’m getting a Wildtrak, but have no idea on the color. Have been leaning towards Cyber Orange but it always looks too yellow in these images. So worried it’ll look like Jeep yellow.

I mentioned it on another thread, but there seems to be a disparity between the Sport and Bronco colors. Logically, there should be no difference as the paint code dictates the blend. But The A51 isn't the only one. CG also shows a large disparity. The only explanation is that Mexico's plant was working with different formulations than Michigan.

while I could see that being true for pre-production, I bet the colors look the same as the Sport when they go full production.

I‘ve seen many pictures of both CG and Area 51. Both colors change a lot based on lighting. I think it’s like taupe in your home, pair it with the wrong carpet and it can look pink.

i won’t be confident in either of these colors until I see them in person, but I’m essentially down to those two. ?‍

Soooo... the wildtrack WILL have painted door handles. The initial ford.com renders showed painted handles but the descriptions said otherwise.

I hate to say it, but, the gray hardtop looks pretty good on Race Red. But only Race Red.
