Just curious what the general schedule is for the day, IE does it start at 8am? 10am? When does it end? It says there is a campfire but wasn't sure if that is at night or what. Just trying to plan a July trip with a buddy of mine and couldn't really find a good answer in previous threads. Thanks!

Mine started at 8am, but there was another wave at 9am. The trail fun was over at 5pm, when I left. But I could have stayed for dinner until about 6pm.

Thank you! That helps me plan a bit. I picked up my Bronco on Saturday and saw this on the sticker but figured "Oh its probably clear across the country" and turns out they had the TN location 2 1/2 hours away from me so I went from zero to very excited for this. I turn 45 this year so this is going to be my birthday gift to myself. Thanks again!

The campfire is afterwards, they usually provide dinner as well. At TX on a Saturday, the local Bronco club came by too, so we got to seem some vintage 1g's. They also had a guide who sang and played guitar. It was pretty much over by 7/7:30. Keep in mind, if they do a shuttle from a (sponsoring) hotel, not having your Bronco means you're stuck until they shuttle you. Stay where you want to and bring your Bronco, is my advice.

Also, for us, the first group got dibs on the Broncos. So both 2drs available went out with them. I was in the second group. :) It's not that big I suppose, but if you want your pick, be early and get out there and look for your ride beforehand.

That's good to confirm, figured that was the case with the campfire being after dinner and thanks for the guesstimate on the end time, mainly just deciding if I am driving home that night or grabbing a room and driving back the next morning.
And yeah I figured I'd drive the Bronco there, never been a big fan of being reliant on shuttles and such. I appreciate the feedback!

Sorry, that was probably not clear; the campfire for us was going when we drove in (afterwards of the driving portion, I think we had to be in by 4 or 4:30). So dinner and campfire were at the same time. Look at my note I added too about who gets their pick of Bronco.

Also make sense on the pick. I think since I am bringing a friend I would be saddled in a 4dr since it would be the guide plus the two of us but I could be wrong. I am totally ok with either a 2 or a 4dr but appreciate that hint. I read somewhere that somebody went very close to their opening date and they had ONE 2dr lol

There's one guide (maybe two) for the whole group. Generally, they'll ride with someone whose there by themselves either in front or back. So you'll likely not have a guide in the Bronco with you. But they will guide you through obstacles from outside the vehicle (as a spotter).

OOoh I thought they had one in each Bronco as well as a couple trail guides, ok in that case we're gonna be there early requesting a 2dr :muscle:

There were several 2D Broncos at the TN Offroadeo when I attended in Nov. I was in the 9am group - another group started at 8am. We left after dinner and there was no campfire.

In all fairness, not sure people are really missing out. We had two outdoor fire pits going during dinner in TX; the guide who played music was indoors, we all pretty much ate indoors and socialized on the steps and porch area. Maybe some people walked out there but it wasn't like a "campfire" in the old west or anything. Just a couple unattended-looking fires in brush country TX. 😬
