That sucks.oh crap.... i am seeing the same issues. maybe they sent me your old one!
I actually didn't get the new one until just the other day.
After my last update Tom at ford performance asked for my shipping address. I gave it and he even responded to the email asking about the troubleshooting the engineer and I did.
A few weeks go by with nothing in the mail so I emailed Tom and get no response.
Another week or two goes by, I emailed him again and receive no response.
After about another week I call him and ask what's going on with the new device. Tom then asks me if I ever sent my address and the return package dimensions.
He never even mentioned anything about package dimensions when we last spoke. So basically he was just never going to follow up about it.
Tom at ford performance is completely incompetent when it comes to technical support. We went in circles during the troubleshooting phase, he would constantly forget things that I emailed him, and made very little effort to get this figured out.
Finally I got ahold of someone higher up, with the help of lethal performance, and he handled the return situation.
Soo... I've now got a new procal for sale for a deal if anyone is interested.
