JtopsUSA Order Issues, is it just me?

Is there anyone else who has ordered a @JTopsUSA recently and has issues?

I ordered August 5th and have gotten no shipment or updated info. I tried to contact support and just got busy by phone and no response to text. I tried to contact Dr. Mike who I’ve seen on the forum and heard nothing back.

Everyone else I have seen post was positive experiences, but it’s well past the quoted production timeline and I can’t get ahold of them. Wondering if anyone else has similar experiences or I’m just having a string of bad luck?

As a bald man this was the first thing I ordered for the bronco and the last accessory I’m waiting on.

All I need is an order number or name and I can find out what the delay is.
Also if you called support you should never get a busy signal that’s not how the system works. Every call is logged and recorded. I will look into this.
