Have a g900 tripro, installed in may.

since winter came, i've had issues where it'll randomly switch views when the car is freezing cold. I believe its the touchscreen.

Recently, i've had it switching views a lot when its not cold, but its wet out. All my cameras had electrical tape around the connectors since they were installed.

Anyone else have this issue? Ever since the rainy weather lately, its been doing it much more.

video of my previous issue. Its been doing this less. and straight up black screens lately.

Mine does it randomly as well.
It usually stops and goes away.
Occasional blank screen, but same applies.
Usually self-corrects with the next power-up.
WiFi randomly turns on and back off.
Again, no detriment.
I just find it amusing sometimes that it cuts on the WIFI without prompting and sometimes takes a picture if a verse on the radio has the word "picture" clearly audible.
Or my daughter is talking about her BF being the starting pitcher in the upcoming game.
Still quite happy with it.
Took this photo yesterday afternoon with it.

Mine does the exact same thing. Annoying AF. They sent me a new rear camera and it still does it when it’s cold , mostly, and sometimes when it’s wet.

My dear friends, sorry about the inconvenience. Static electricity or moisture could be the cause. You can send an email to [email protected] and we'll try our best to help you. Please include the serial number and state the issue.
Merry Christmas and best regards.

Yeah I've been in this group for some time now. And also have had the rear camera replaced. Last thing they had me do was update the firmware, but a few days after that it came back. Wait til you get to the point of the backup camera showing on the mirror (mind you, I never hooked that wire up, just taped it off).

I will say though, Wolfbox has been excellent with responding to emails and has always been willing to try to help. Customer Service has been top notch so far. I'll eventually get around to emailing them again about my latest issues, and hopefully they can eventually figure out a fix for it.

I had some of those random things happen too, like wifi turning on/off, switching views, random turning off of the the entire camera. I turned off voice command and they seem to have gone away.

@WolfBox, you pulled the tri pro update a few weeks ago. Is it ready for prime time yet?

I have the same set up in my FORD Bronco Raptor.
Solved a problem with not seeing all that I need to see with the third brake light and 37 inch tire blocking my view; and, as an added bonus, I can keep an eye on my kids in the back.
I'm very impressed with the mirror.
But ...
My mirror started to have issues and then stopped working.
I Emailed Wolfbox, they answered immediately, and I mean Immediately, solved the problem very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
Naturally, I didn't want any problems, but when there is a problem, as a company, this is how a company should treat it's customers ... With Respect.
Now, about my new Cadillac Escalade ESV, $120,000 plus out the door.
My motor needs to be inspected, possibly replaced, yes, the motor on a new vehicle, catastrophic engine failure possible which can result in complete loss of engine power, possibly causing injury or death to the occupants.
Cadillac hasn't answered my Emails, and the dealership says that someone will call me back, but no one ever does.
Right after Christmas, I'm going to call another dealership.
When there is a problem, as a company, this is NOT how a company should treat it's customers ... By Ignoring Them.
Yes, I know that about a million GM vehicles are affected by this bad engine catastrophe, but they should have a system in place to handle this disaster.
PS: Every time I have Emailed FORD, a FORD rep has answered.

This group has been a refreshing change from others I've been in. I've got a Wolfbox tri waiting under my Christmas tree, and it's great to know that there are people I can reach out to about questions I have, including Wolfbox themselves.

Merry Christmas all....

don't get me wrong, i've had quick replies from their customer service. i had no issues from install in may until last month. 6 good months and then all these gremlins started. My external cameras were always taped up with electrical tape from install. So i don't think i got moisture in it.

Was there anything of note that you could see in the firmware update? Thanks,
Just that it'll save zoom for cameras. But I never liked the rear zoom, it turns grainy
