7/14 Blend Date Thread

Just curious. Does anyone know for sure if the Jack Cooper site actually updates? Or does it always just show pending?

Not sure. Trackers never updated to “shipped”. Went from “built” and “pending shipment” to my dealer texting me that it arrived.

Shipping as the problem seems so strange to me.... All of these car dealers are not producing cars due to chip shortage. I have to believe there is a lot of capacity for auto transport. If it was shipping, I would also think that is a great excuse for Ford given that it is out of their control. I know we were told the chip shortage would not impact the Bronco but I am wondering if we are seeing the chip shortage creep into the Bronco.... Hard Top excuse shouldn’t delay all of these soft tops and there should be plenty of shipping capacity with substantial production reduction.

Dealer is in Nashville right? Guess mine is going to Atlanta on rail then coming to Cleveland on convoy. Still waiting. Shipped last Saturday.

I am starting to wonder how much we may be held up purely on logistics. Seeing so many MICs built and shipped, and at the same time seeing soft tops held up too.

It doesn't make logical sense to be held up because of transportation because of how close some people like @MacDonald_Photo are to MAP but it is the only thing that makes some sense.

idk though because there are so many in the 6/30 thread that are stuck in production, something else might be working against them as well.

here's to the shut down next week clearing a lot of things up for us!

I quit smoking the day I got my window sticker.... That was 7/2
I wish I'd waited to stop till now. So stressed waiting for this thing. Especially since it has been "in production" for over a week now. I know others have been waiting longer, but....I'm not them LOL.

How fast did that all happen? My blend date was 7/14, built 7/15, changed to shipped on 7/17, then on Tues it said Shipped Days 09. Now for the past few days it says awaiting shipment. There hasn't been any movement on the JCT site. I've scoured the dealer site for a dealer code and can't find it anywhere. My Bronco dealer has stuck by the Est Delivery Date of 1 or 2 week of August. I don't know, just doesn't seem right.
Oh yeah, it's getting delivered by convoy to STL.

Another day of being built waiting on transport. And the tracker still shows it being in production. Really ford? You have the resources of building a car but have a crappy system that can't provide current status on your built vehicles?

How are people checking their sync update date? I got to the page that has a sync icon and says updated. I click on it and it takes me another page that uses my vin to access. When i do that, it says error.

The PERFECT end to this week!!
My daily driver, a 2013 Ford C-Max got a flat today. Those don't have spares so you use a "fix-a-flat" kit Ford provides to get you to a shop. I was close enough to my local Ford dealer who (lucky for me)DOESN'T have my tires in stock so....Now I have a car with a potentially unreliable tire until Monday, and my F-150 can only be driven if necessary because it's on its second lease extension with only 400 miles left.

Thank God I have my Bron.....Oh wait.....No I don't.

Here's to next week folks! It has to be better than this one right?
