My FedEx account shows two incoming packages from 10Ten Designs, the same outfit that just sent us the sticker and poster. One of them shows to be 1 lb, another sticker? The other package is 22 lbs. Different swag is mentioned on their website, wonder if it is trim specific. I have FE on order.

Ive been seeing for months now order holders getting posters, stickers & a toy car to match their bronco. But let me guess, we Canucks get nothing? Squat? Thats not cool, its not even funny! Not to mention they're more expensive for us to buy! And we manufacture many of the parts! Is this Ford Canada cheaping out?

I have a Bronco on order and have noticed on the forums that many people are getting sticker packs and other swag from Ford due to the year+ wait time for delivery. I have not received anything. I'm curious what the system is to decide who is getting these swag packs and who is not? Doesn't quite seem fair that many of us waiting the same amount of time have gotten nothing.

I just called that number for Marketing and was told "Only First Edition reservation holders are eligible to receive the various gift packages sir" and "Please contact your dealer if you wish to file a complaint about this process".

I didn't even get a change to tell them I was .

Ford has dropped the ball hard on their customer service and communication.
