Yeah, I think the green filters on the paint booth doors are really reflecting a ton of green in certain pics. It seems to be more of the concrete color that is still popular for now. Need more pics outside, for sure.0 offset.
Donāt like AMB so doesnāt really matter if itās discontinued. Itās not CG. Someday Iāll find a CG and post side by side. Itās a custom color by the body shop.
Will do. Picking up Saturday after polish. That's a good looking color. Get some pics of it out in the sun!
To the others. Just because AMB was a one year run color does no make it a good color. It's not a good color.
Sometimes it looks green, sometimes white, sometimes grey, sometimes blue. Itās a cool color. Iāll post outside pics on Saturday.Yeah, I think the green filters on the paint booth doors are really reflecting a ton of green in certain pics. I had the AMB for a month. It ALWAYS looked dirty. For me it just looks like it would ALWAYS be dirty. I quite like it but I don't want to live at the car wash every day just to keep my truck looking nice.
Based on it being a light color? If so, I think you might be surprised. It's counterintuitive, but light colored colors actually hide dirt and scratches better than dark colored cars. This is why work trucks / vans are almost always white. For me it just looks like it would ALWAYS be dirty. I quite like it but I don't want to live at the car wash every day just to keep my truck looking nice.
Yes this. AMB was actually my preferred color (I will have to pick something else for MY22), but it always looking dirty due to being so dark was my biggest concern.I had the AMB for a month. It ALWAYS looked dirty.
Yeah itās just like black. Always looked dirty. White, silver, light grey look cleaner much longer.Yes this. AMB was actually my preferred color (I will have to pick something else for MY22), but it always looking dirty due to being so dark was my biggest concern.
The beauty of freedom.Iām in the donāt get it camp.
I get not loving AMB. There are so many classic Bronco colors to choose from, and a Cactus Gray look alike is not one of them.
It looks nice sure, but if I was putting up the money to repaint, I would go with something unique and different from the stock palette.
Oh gotcha, wasn't sure which color you were referring to.oh no. I wasnāt clear. I meant the antimatter blue. I love it, but I have a 4runner in the same-ish color and itās constantly dirty just from road dust and pollen. I like the custom job.
You're not wrong. I have a buddy with a '21 F-150 in AMB. It looks good in the sun when it's CLEAN. That's about it.For me it just looks like it would ALWAYS be dirty. I quite like it but I don't want to live at the car wash every day just to keep my truck looking nice.
