Scheduled for Production Email... there it was, Gone!

Has anyone else got an email from Ford tellin

vehicle is "Scheduled For Production" and then it was gone the next week?

Wrong customer order number. Should be your dealer’s 4-digit “Order Code” in the upper-right corner of your Preview Order from your dealer (see example below), not the longer number that matches your original Reservation Number from the Ford.com website.

Nope, still nothing... the order # that I put in was the same one that automatically filled the Order # Field when I first received the email on September 30th, it no longer does, it also is the same as the (My Reservations, Orders and Purchases) on my Ford Website

Mine didn’t automatically populate when I clicked on the link via the email like it did when I first got it. After some messing around and thankfully screenshotting everything I was able to get back in with the original info. Plus I had already added the vehicle into my ford account

That’s strange. The only other thing I can think of is that one or more of the digits you typed in the two fields is the letter “O” instead of the number “0”?

FWIW, I just tried the Ford “pizza tracker” link again, and it only works with my dealer’s 4-digit Order Code. It does not work with my 8-digit reservation number.

If you’re copying/pasting, make sure there is no blank space after the number.

Website is effed right now
When I click track from the email, normally it would be pre populated. Now it doesn't populate with my order number or vin

After I manually pasted those values in, it did work

Doing the same to me as well. But at least the Vin added to my ford account
