There's CapeCodBroncos on Facebook. The season on-sand pass is kind of expensive ($150), and much of the seashore is closed for long periods because of sand pipers (or something), but if you hit the Cape much, it's worth looking into.

Good to have you aboard. Maybe there's potential for a Southeast Mass/Rhode Island group? Pity there's nothing (that I know of) for serious offroading around there. Freetown and Massasoit state forests have some dirt roads, but nothing (I believe) that's "technical."

@Nibroc99 If you have time and funding, check out the-pilgrimage.com for guided group runs in Vermont. First weekend in October (foliage time!) they have a 3-4 day event in and around South Royalton VT, with curated (carefully evaluated) runs over Vermont Class 6 roads--legal, unpaved, unmaintained. Some "subaru friendly" others very technical. Something for everybody. Primitive camping--only chem toilets, you bring everything. Also northeastadventurecompany, expeditions around New England and Canada. I took one of theirs, they're good.
