Does anyone that had or has a current reservation at Two Rivers Ford in Mount Juliet if when the MY22 order banks open if you have to place the order in person for you to get a signed purchase agreement at the invoice price or can everything be done online? I was just curious so that I can be prepared before the order banks open next month.

All my stuff has been handled via email communication and its actually really good response times.

I second that. Matt has been great, knowledgable and very responsive. I ordered on 3/19 and he was very clear about expectations and he ended up being correct (i will be a 2022).

@oscargolong hell he responded to me on his day off when I asked him about 22 stuff since my 21 order will move.

Awesome. That’s good to hear. I haven’t spoken to Matt yet since I’m waiting until I place my order in but that’s good to know that it can be done via email since I live in Blount County and rather not drive to Mount Juliet until it’s time to buy it next year hopefully lol! Fingers crossed 🤞🏾 . Thanks guys for the response that’s definitely reassuring my decision to buy from Two Rivers.

I've heard a lot of good stuff about Lonnie at 2 Rivers as well. If I heard the story right, Matt ordered the Bronco Sport Badlands and by the time it delivered he had decided to order a big Bronco and put the sport up for sale. A lady involved with the Mt Juliet HS softball staff came by the dealership the same days and she bought it. She loves it. I believe it's Cactus Grey, pretty nice.

@oscargolong Wow that’s good that he could do that and he probably didn’t overcharge her either for it. I honestly see their prices as the best in Tennessee because they aren’t over charging people with outrageous fees. Cactus Gray is one of the colors on my list but still having a hard time deciding since some of the colors got discontinued for next year.

Unless I'm 2 or 3 hrs away, I'm ALWAYS gonna do $40,000 prep work IN PERSON!!
