My build is scheduled for December 6th - Black Diamond - I am so excited my wife is sick on me talking about it. I figured it is time to get on a group a little closer to home in anticipation for some off-roading early in 2022 and if I have any questions for people who already own. I reside in Westminster/Huntington Beach CA area.

Super sweet. What model? What dealership? Did you have any issues with mark up at dealer?

First Edition 2 Door Cactus Gray - HB Ford - Straight MSRP deal, no BS, no upselling they were a pleasure to deal with.

Awesome news because that is where I am getting my sent. What was the dealership fees? That is great news. I love the cactus grey. So far so good?

No fees just MSRP, tax and license.

Wow, that is epi! I cannot thank you enough for getting back to me. With all these rumors of dealers screwing people. I really appreciate it. What was the licensing cost? If I am pushing to much, just let me know. You have already eased my anxiety. If I do not hear from you, I am sure we will see each other out on the trails if you are on the SoCal Bronco facebook group. Thanks again and have a great Christmas!

Whatever CADMV required, from memory I think around $500. Happy Holidays to you as well!

Did you get the Sasquatch package? I have a non-Sas BD reserved. I'm wondering if non-sas is enough for someone looking to get into mild 4x4ing in SoCal.

Honestly, any trim Bronco is offroad ready. My suggestion is to start slow and work your way up. The best thing to do is check trails prior to going or check with a group like us before you go or download an app like All Trails which rates trails prior to going. I was a jeep owner for years. It took me a long time to learn the off-road etiquette and through trail and error what trails I could and could not do. Never go alone unless it is an easy easy trail. The nice thing about being part of a group like Socalbroncos is you can ask questions and even go with them to learn. The great thing about the off-road community as a majority (even jeep drivers) are really helpful. Just be safe.

@pfresh Thanks! +1 on the safety bit; I'm aware this can be dangerous and I need to go with somebody for anything remotely non-trivial.

I only say that because I learned the hard way.
