Hi all! I'm new to the club and the site. I live in Chandler and ordered by Bronco from San Tan Ford on 2/9/22. Who all has ordered from San Tan and what's been your experience (whether you've received your Bronco or not yet)? Thanks.

I bought a couple vehicles from SanTan but not my Bronco they were fine to deal with. I bought my Bronco from and also ordered one from Horne. Ordered on 1/21/22 don't expect it for a while.

I got mine from San Tan, great experience given the shitshow that the rest of Ford has been. No markup at all, and they left all their standard extras off when I asked them to, no questions asked (tint/lojack/etc)

@HotdogThud Thanks. What was your order to delivery timeline? Did you have a reservation or walk-in order?

@Dadsquatch I reserved on day 2 back in 2020. Was literally the very first person to walk in January of 2021 to place my order, and took delivery the day after thanksgiving last year. to @buzpro 's comment, I got a little bit of that, but I always got the impression they were just overworked vs being inept. They did know what they were doing when i got in contact with them.

San Tan Ford will NEVER give you a break on the price and will only answer your emails when they feel like it. At least that's how they treated me and I was more than happy to change dealerships. In hindsight, it was my best move.

I bought my Bronco at San Tan and had a good experience. The only negative thing I could say is they took the liberty of adding their "Desert Protection Package" and tried to stick me with the added cost.
