Liberty Ford (Aurora) confirmed no Markups and said yes to XPlan if Ford offered it. I have an email from the guy posted here somewhere

Ford is 100% accepting x-plan. It’s been mentioned by various dealers and even Mike Levine who is product communications lead for Ford.
