Installed ditch lights this weekend and installed the Ford Performance Procal tune today. Very happy with both.

2.3 or 2.7? I have 2.7 and was wanting some feed back on tune

2.7. I only have a few miles on it (couldn't resist taking it out for a spin at lunch) but initial impressions:
Super smooth now
Good pick up in the lower gears, can really feel a difference there
Boost stays in longer
Seems to actually cruise at higher MPG than before, time will tell if there is an improvement.

I've got a 22mi drive home in about an hour, I will be able to speak more then. I did the tune myself in work parking lot, super easy to install, just some back and forth to pc to get everything loaded.

Awesome thanks for the reply. Was about to order it and do myself as well....I'm curious to see how much better the shift points are...not concerned about power too much...just how smooth Trans works

It's supposed to take 20-100 miles to recalibrate but it felt different immediately. You can definitely tell something has happened. The low-end torque helps too but it might not be as limited in the lower gears now as well, not sure. I'll have a lot of stop-starts here shortly and will be able to get a real feel for it.

Which shop did you use?

I did it my self, was going to have Akins ford put it in but realized it was a 15m job and $189 was pretty steep especially when, if you read into it, the warranty basically covers the unit itself which is never going to be physically used after the install.

@Billnchristy who did you talk to at Akins about the tune? I was up there this weekend and the service guys had no clue about it. I know they're used to F-150's and Explorers all day lol, but I was shocked when they no idea what I was talking about.
