Headed up to Blue Ridge for an impromptu camping trip later today. Know the stampede is this weekend but if anyone wants to get out Saturday morning / night or Sunday morning let me know.

Bottom to top old bucktown, springer mountain Rd and tickanetley are all in play.

I'd be more open to Sunday rather than Saturday, but we'll see if there's any interest.

I’m in! If tomorrow, I can be there by 10:00. If Sunday, let me know. Hope they’ve cleared that tree by now! lol

Sunday works better for me at this point got to camp late out here.

@Rspayde With you guys already camping around Ellijay, the location you list, off Hwy 5 and says it’s Chatsworth Hwy makes sense. What landmark is at that spot? Just in case GPS gets weird. lol!

The weather held off and we managed to run up old bucktown.

My four door did more three wheeling than I was expecting. The two door out there made it all look like childs play.

Need to nail down a better meeting spot for the bottom up runs so if anyone has any recommendations let me know.

@Rspayde do you have the electronic sway bar? If not the RockJock is amazing. My two door is a mountain goat.

Fun day. Rained in the area a little, but seemingly not up there. Best part, temps in the 60s and 70s, but when back in Atlanta, 91, not fun. Maybe next time we just meet over in Ellijay either downtown or even better, Hardee’s! Nothing like biscuits n’ gravy to getcha going for a day on the trails. lol!
