Just got my Bronco 2.3 Ford Performance engine calibration (https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-B23). To be under warranty it needs to be installed by a Ford dealer or ASE/Red Seal certified technician. Rather than using the dealership I wanted to see if anyone had a resource/referral who's a ASE/Red Seal certified technician that could do it cheaper/quicker. Let me know!
New request for a 4dr soft top that can help test my traction board brackets.
I originally created these for myself, on my 4dr MIC, however, so many people are asking for a soft top version that I made a modification and I'd like to see how this new version fits.
Anyone in the area willing and able to make it to Draper (or I can meet you somewhere) to do a test fit and measurement? I'd like to mount them to the roll bar using the existing 4 roll bar nutserts, then take some measurements and photos.

I have a dealer that is being stubborn about returning a deposit. Does anyone have experience - perhaps citing a Utah law - when a dealer was reluctant to refund a deposit?
Long version - This is not for my Bronco that I have a deposit on. I bought a truck the same day someone abandoned their order. I was calling around looking for something and put a deposit on a dealer stock order. The next day, another dealer I spoke with called me back about an abandoned order. So I went with that. I have gone back and forth with these guys - mostly missing calls - for about a month. They are telling me deposits are non-refundable. I did not sign anything. Everything was done over the phone. If it is not resolved this week then I will call the credit card company and ask for a charge back.
If you’re in Vegas this coming weekend, come see our MARK II rack system at the SIN CITY BRONCOS event this Saturday (29th). We’ll have two racks on display; both Count’s Kustoms and RAKET will have vehicles there before SEMA.
I also plan on attending the Heretic event in Lindon on 11-18-22. Hope to see you around town.
9-3-22 Update: Thanks for everyone being patient with this process. Crazy to think we started in June. Here’s where we stand (so far) and what to expect. Don’t hesitate to ask questions along the way. Here we go…
-Approximate Price Range: $2,400-$2,800
-Complete system is 100% Aluminum (excluding fasteners)
-Removable Basket (48”x72”) will weigh approximately 54 LBS.
-Removable Tower (rear mount assembly) will weigh approximately 60 LBS.
-Accessory “Light” plate included: (48”x3”) pre-drilled for multiple options.
-Two (2) Universal accessory rack crossbars included (48” each).
-Black Powder-coat included.
-Complete system is Fabricated/Materials Sourced/Made in the U.S.
We’re looking at an October 1st launch. I hate the concept of delaying product delivery so if we run into ANY supply/material delays, RAKET will suspend ordering capabilities. I’m not a fan of paying for something without a solid delivery date. Have a great Labor Day weekend.
Here's an upcoming trail ride (Saturday, 9/17) I thought I'd post it for anyone to consider. Getting up in the Uintahs would be a fun ride, but trail difficulty=1 might be a little tame.
UTAH…if I have a fellow Bronco owner with a 2 door let me know. I need to check some reference points on the hardtop mounting plate. Feel free to message me if we can meet up. Thanks.
Any 4 door hardtop owners that actively off road, own a set of traction boards and want to test out a new product?
I'd like to work with you to test a product I'm building to mount the traction boards. I've got @ODG.Brad lined up with a soft top already. I just need one more person with a hardtop, ideally in the South Salt Lake Valley area but that's not a requirement - just easier to meet up. Bonus points if you have a Bronco social media following, but that's just a "nice to have", loose request.
I just sent what's hopefully my latest design to the fabricators so hopefully I'll have them back in a week or so.
Good morning Utah Bronc’s! You may (or may not) know that I’m in the process of manufacturing the first multi-top roof rack system (www.raketdesigns.com). This will fit all 2/4/soft/hard 6G Broncos. I was wondering if there’s a 2-Door Bronco in the Davis/Weber/SLC county area that has their top off. I need to verify the dimensions of the brackets to make sure we’re prepared. Let me know if you’re around today. It won’t take long and I’d appreciate it.
Anyone interested in all 4 badlands Sasquatch Bilsteins shocks/coilovers along with the upper control arms/Rear upper and lower links and track bar. I have them off and ready to go. They have about 17k miles on them. 4door 2.7. $1000
Hey, heads up - I just found out about this and it's this coming weekend Sat/Sun 22-23 July. I went ahead and signed up. It's just nearby us Northern UT dwellers near Preston ID, so figured I'd share. Link to video below, but the sign ups close tomorrow the 19th, so sorry for the short notice.
Any broncos in the Farmington area willing to help get my bronco to a towable area? Bronco died up near the end of a trail, and there is no way a tow is getting to it. Might need a winch or two. Jeeps are welcome haha.
PLEASE REGISTER USING THE LINK BELOW - this is to give them an accurate guestimate on how many rigs will be attending, so they can plan accordingly.
Jun 25, 9:00 AM Squaw Peak To Hobble Creek
We will be running the Squaw Peak road from Provo Canyon to Hobble Creek Canyon. The trail is mild to moderate and should be doable by most 4 wheel drive vehicles, OHVs, and dirt bikes. The trail is a scenic ride with views down into the valley below, and there are also some neat erosion terraces
Unfortunately, I was the only Bronco there for the last ride. I felt a bit out numbered by the 30 Jeeps, 4 Runners, and Tacos.
They've also got an event coming up at 5 Mile Pass, with guided trail runs, and free breakfast... for those that help cleanup the area
I'll be donating some of my time to help clean the trails and doing Rattlesnake with their guide. Sounds like fun to me! This will be on July 30th.
Hey fellow Utah Bronco Owners. I'm James with Expedition One. Bumper manufacture located up in Ogden Utah. I've attached a picture of our bronco with some of our products on it.
The main reason of this post was to see if anybody would have a 2 door bronco that we could borrow to help us with some product development. Thank you!
I’m working on a mount for recovery boards. Does anyone have a set of Maxxtrax I can borrow for measurements? I’m happy to swap you my new ARB boards while I’m measuring yours. Just need a day or two. Ideally, someone near Draper?
Soft top off. I finally got to install my rear cover and I got my rear space liner that I’ve been wanting too buy both are awesome!! I love the fit on both.
