Yes correct, I contacted them to let them know and they looked into further. If it wasn’t for me doing my own research I prob wouldn’t have gotten it for weeks.

I messaged my dealer today when I saw that my bronco was no longer flagged for the airbag recall on ford.com. Without the part ever coming in, the recall just disappeared and they let me take it home. It’s finally over 🥲

@Bronco_Lover I was under the impression that up to this point the recall was in "advance notice" and ford hadn't officially come up with a resolution. Has this changed, i.e. have ford given the go ahead to replace the airbag?

Went to the dealer to check it out this morning but unable to take it home due to the airbag recall. No real answers from my sales guy, the frustration never ends. Took a while but i was able to coerce him to let me take it for a spin, small consolation for my troubles. TBH the disappointment is...

Just delivered today with airbag recall, already know what the outcome will be so I’m preparing myself for a public freak out in front of everyone at the dealer. Just hope the cops don’t show up.
