Can anyone tell me what this bag in my glove compartment is comprised of? There are two plastic pieces that look like they snap in to place somewhere and a tool of some kind. I don’t see it in the manual…

Is this normal on 4-door MIC tops? There is a missing chunk (approximately two inches) on the front drivers side & front passenger's side MIC top panel. Another four door that was on the lot at the time I took delivery had the same missing chunk on both panels & a 4-door on the lot now is in...
