  1. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Something strange popped up in my FB feed today.
  2. Sanity Check: 2025 Big Bend on 35s — Bilstein 5100s (2.0"/2.5"), Stock Wheels, & BFG KO2s (Load C)

You may want to look for a set of Sasquatch takeoff wheels/tires locally. Just make sure they still have the tpms sensors and it should save you a bit of money. But you need to make sure they are from a newer Sas (25-26 I think) to get the correct frequency to sync up with your computer. And...
  3. Which is best way to improve stance?

You will get some debris hitting the side of the truck, even with mudflaps (unless you get the really long flaps). I have 37's now so flaps don't fit but I can only find 1 or 2 paint dings so far but I also only have around 10K miles over 3-1/2 years because I don't drive every day.
  4. Which is best way to improve stance?

Here's my 2023 base Sas with 17x9 -6 offset wheels with 35x12.5x17 tires with stock lift. Are you looking for more poke than this?
  5. Which is best way to improve stance?

Go with a 0 to +12 offset wheel with a different brand tire. You'll save weight with the aftermarket wheels and you can sell your stock Sas wheels/tires to offset some of the cost. But then you'll want to go to 37's and that's when the fun starts.
  6. Procal Tune versions changes

I'm guessing the mods that help airflow result in lower boost numbers because you're already pushing a lot more air. I have similar mods and I think I've seen around 18 for boost but I haven't checked recently.
  7. 1” Lift Kit

Did you schedule an alignment before your trip, you definitely want to get that done after a lift.
  8. Procal Tune versions changes

I installed the Procal tune on my 23 2.7 Sas back in Nov 2024. ASS is disabled with that original tune install. I was looking at my Procal software the other day and my VIN and stock tune is missing so I ran the updated but it's still missing so I reached out to FPP and waiting to hear back...
  9. Anyone using S&B CAI with Procal 2.7?

I saw this S&B for the 2.7 pop up locally for sale on FB Marketplace. So I guess they are out there. The main thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't replace the restrictive elbow on the passenger side turbo like some of the others do. Marketplace - S&B Bronco 2.7 intake with NEW...
  10. MPG

80 mph is too high for the Bronco, you need to keep it under 75 (70 or less if hoping for ok mpg). In the 65-68 range I can get 20 mpg with my base 2 dr 2.7 Sas lifted with 37's but I also have some mods that help (exhaust, intercooler, charge pipes, FPP tune, CVF intake, GPE TB). In the 58-62...
  11. Thinking about trading in Badlands non Sasquatch.

I think the Badlands has the 4.46 gears so going to Sas to get 4.7 gears isn't that big of a change and most likely not worth the $$$ hit. If you ever think you want to go to 37's, then it will help a little. I have a base Sas and the 4.7 with 37's I went to make for a great combo but staying...
  12. Going back to stock exhaust questions.

It looks like he needs the stock intermediate pipe and muffler/tailpipe. If you buy new Ford Oem stuff it will be pricey so I would check FB Marketplace but make sure you get both pieces.
  13. Lift Kit recommendations for 2 Door Sasquatch Big Bend

You probably want to get rid of the stock Bilsteins begore they go bad anyway so I'd do coilovers for the lift. I went with the ProComp adjustable coilovers(2" up front and 1" rear to level it) and I'm running 37's. Stock UCA's and rear trackbar bracket added.
  14. Seat Cover Options - Cosmetic + Functional

I have the RC seat covers over my 2 dr base Sas cloth seats. I think they are neoprene. They fit pretty snug and no problems so far. I think they have the openings on the sides for the airbags.
  15. 2.7 Oil Catch Can / Air Oil Separator

I run the Corsa and it catches enough to justify having it. I think this was around 3K miles of driving over the previous year.
