  1. TackForm 25w wireless charger and higher wattage USB-C installation

I just feel like it was a bit of a bait and switch. But I guess I should have bought from their actual website instead of Shop.

I bought off Shop and didn’t see you had to use the 12v outlet. The usbc they send you doesn’t even reach from the center console to the dash. Really frustrating these companies keep ripping us off. Wish it would work with the usbc or usb ports.
  3. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

I'm excited to see how this looks/feels. I might bite the bullet and get one myself.

I might try to come, but will likely try to get a different, more secluded campsite.
  5. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

I will keep it in mind. Thanks
  6. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

Good points on the welding, but it is not easy to measure twice and cut once in my book. The bolt holes only took about 30 minutes to step drill and then used a grinding wheel to finish up the notch. As far as my typical projects go, this one went pretty smooth. I do wish I had a laser cutter...
  7. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

I didn't change anything about the bumper. I just removed the recovery point and bolted on my custom receiver hitch. I would think a winch, light bars, etc. would cause more issues than my addition.

Haha. It made it easier to notch out the bolt slots. And you can see I broke a drill bit too. Step drilling too fast.

Wiring the feeder was super easy too. Just ran the positive wire to the Aux 1 and the negative to a ground screw. Works like a charm.
  10. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

Show me one that is already made. I couldn’t find one. So I made my own. Also we don’t have snow in south texas.
  11. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

4”x8” plate metal with holes cut out to match the tow hook. Then I welded a receiver hitch to it. Replaced the tow hook with the new receiver hitch. Had to use 3 washers at each bolt as shims since the plate is thinner than the old tow hitch. min not sure what it’s load capacity is. So be...

I still love it. It’s just been so long I forgot the tag. Thanks again.
  13. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

It is a hitch feeder to spread corn to multiple locations. I got the tag bracket from a Bronco6G member who was making them.
  14. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

But that only works if you already have the winch mount. Thanks for sharing.
  15. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

Decided to make a custom front tow hitch for carrying a deer feeder at the lease. Hope you like. 4”x8” plate metal with holes cut out to match the tow hook. Then I welded a receiver hitch to it. Replaced the tow hook with the new receiver hitch. Had to use 3 washers at each bolt as shims...
