My guess is you have something dripping onto the exhaust. Part of the job requires bleeding the clutch, which shares the same fluid as the brake master. I crawled under mine and noticed the fuel line flopping around that was definitely not right. I doubt your prob is internal to the trans, but...

Never a bad idea to do a quick check on their work before leaving. They returned mine with the brake fluid cap sitting on the battery and a loose fuel line due to a misplaced bracket. Granted, I was probably the first MT Bronco TSB my dealer did.

Yup, steering definitely feels heavier for me in anything other than 2H

22 Sas with 17k. Noticed this rotating tires. No accidents, don’t see any creases in the tailgate. I’m guessing over torqued and/or maybe temp fluctuations. I’ll check with the dealer. Anyone else?

Seems like there’s more than a few people that had the rev D Synchro TSB done and then the noise returned (myself included). Anecdotal evidence? Maybe. Whatever, I’ll probably get the extended warranty for when my trans grenades.

I had a couple barely hanging on as well that I replaced. Wouldn’t hurt to squirt a little fluid film in there before PPF. I wish I would have done that years ago on my 24 year old F-150.
