Wow looks awesome, I can't wait. Same build except with mod bumper, no tow, build week 6/13.About to drive away with this. Finally. I was trying to sell the Wrangler and got the text. I went right over. Going back today to finish up.
682 days since I placed my reservation, ordered twice ASAP whenever the books opened. Currently my order is in position 14 at my dealer so maybe I’ll see a 2022. Redonkulas.I ordered my 2 door base sasquatch with the 2.7l in velocity blue in early January. How long have y'all been waiting
Thanks for the near west side custard recommendation! If you’re ever on the East side, check out Wally’s!Had to hit up my favorite ice cream spot while visiting metro Detroit!
*I fixed my parking afterwards lol.
I have the low ceiling also. Rigged up 4 rope ratchets in the ceiling. Cap lifts up 4 inches. Just back under it to park. Real easy to get on and off with 1 person. I have nicer straps then in the pic now. I thought it would be a pain in the butt at first but think it’s the best option going now compared to the other options I’m seeing.Any 2 Door owners with low garage ceilings, how are you removing your tops outside of a garage? I can’t do a hoist from the ceiling. Toplift/rollin jack doesn’t have a 2 door version yet. Was looking at rolling engine hoists from harbor freight but not sure I can get the angle for a Sasquatch height 2 door(I have sas suspension and 35s getting installed) My stock badlands barely fits in garage because it’s a cellar level garage. I tried to lift it myself and I can physically lift it off but I know I’m gonna scratch it so I aborted mission.
Second that, I am using horse stall mat in my Bronco (2-door), but I did not take the back seats out, I am just covering them with it in the down position (pics below).Rubber horse stall mat would also work well. I cut one to fit in the back of my Tacoma, held up well for many years.
Low ceiling here, too. I propped mine up in stages, using cardboard boxes. Once high enough, I was able to slip my Top Lift Pro over the cross bar. I already had the lift for removing the top on my FJ40, so figured I'd make it work one way or another for the Bronco.Any 2 Door owners with low garage ceilings, how are you removing your tops outside of a garage?
