Not that I want another recall but seriously, the hyperbole is a bit much. NO REARVIEW CAM WILL RESULT IN MILLIONS OF DEATHS (practically). To stop selling the whole line is absurd...

I literally ran my trade ins up on Thursday and Friday of last week only to find out that the fix is not in. So I am in Limbo waiting for for the Fix before I can complete the purchase of my new Bronco. Called Ford, and looked online and read that 2025's might not be fixed until April 27th.. my trade in sits at the dealership as does my new car until this is resolved. Beyond Frustrating.

Well that is encouraging!!! way better than the April 27th date the Ford recall page is showing. I can handle that! I will just focus on March madness until then.

By the time the 25s are released it will only be a few months before 27s are due to roll off the line. Will ford heavily discount the 25s to get them off lots to make way for 26s and soon to be 27s?

We are no where near 2027’s being built, let alone hitting lots. Broncos have not started being built until January of each model year recently.

With my '24 (built 11/24), the recall had been showing up on the Ford site, but not on the app. A few days ago, it now shows on the app as well.

"Recall service not available right now.
We have a remedy but parts are not available right now. We will inform you when the service is available. Or, you can contact your dealer"

So, as has been discussed so far, they are just making their way through the model years (newest to oldest), and with the fix estimated to be available for the '25s on April 7th, I would assume April 27th is still likely for me, which is fine since I haven't had an issue.

I have had an outstanding camera recall for a couple years on my '16 Roush Mustang. For that car, they require me to drop it off for the day for them to "inspect" it, and if it's working, there is nothing for them to do. Since I haven't had any issues with it, I just haven't had it closed out yet.

The question I have, will the fix overlay any Forscan updates I made to it? On my WildTrak, I enabled Rock Crawl, Global Window Close and enabled the Trailer Light Check to be visible on the infotainment screen (since the dealer didn't do that when they installed the hitch).

I just got an OTA update that reportedly resolves the recall.

Yes, They are rolling out the OTA fix for the 26's 1st... and that started this past Friday.

There is no doubt that ‘25 models are still plentiful out there, and I am sure with the right persistence a deal can be found as the year progresses. When I bought my ‘25, I was originally trying to get a leftover ‘24, but it couldn’t be sold due to the rear camera recall. It sat for a couple of months like that, and I was able to find a brand new ‘25 for close to the same price, so ‘25 I went! I also preferred the Marsh Gray to the Shelter Green, so it worked out better for me. Hopefully the recall is dealt with soon for all those waiting.

Mine (OTA for recall) hit last night, but app and web site says recall not fixed. Maybe Ford still working on bugs. I thought recall was going to require dealer fix…waiting till tomorrow to see what updates run tonight

I was told by Ford it could take up to 24 hours for the system to update that it is fixed

It can take weeks for the website to update sometimes. Either way, dealers can see whether or not the update has been done in OTA history.

Thanks for feedback. I had already scheduled dealer visit this am before I knew OTA was coming. Will go ahead and see what they say......
