This does look great. Here' some bugs to put into your ear:
  • Create a way to dock/add a fridge slide on the driver side
  • Create a way to dock/stack some drawers/cabinets on the passenger side
Where this comes from:
  • I run a Goose gear base plate, fridge slide, and when installed, cabinets.
  • The fridge slide allows you to reach the jack storage just by extending the fridge and then removing the bolt that holds the jack storage cover off.
  • The cabinets block easy access to the other storage underneath, though you can remove the lower drawer and then reach inside, but its not easy.
  • I generally only install my cabinet when I'm planning a real overlanding style trip. Otherwise I want that space open for daily driving/reduced waste. Tool-less removal of these accessories would be killer.
  • Consider that many of us run a table off our swing gate, while the solution moves the entire platform in and out, thats not always doable when the swing gate is being used that way.
  • Slightly chaotic photo of my setup attached.

EDIT: Grokking your L series a little bit more now. It would be good to understand the volume in there and match it to my drawer capacities.

Will that same felt liner be available when the 2-door version comes out?
Yes, the 2-door version will feature the same felt liner material.

Hey I love my traildeck so far, but spring cleaning + moving cross country means I lost the extra set of rubber pads and rubber bump stops to adjust for rattles.

Any chance I can order a new set or you can point me towards some DIY stuff from Home Depot? I assume the bump stops are designed in house but that rubber matting feels like something I could get at Home Depot

Is the cargo floor liner available to purchase for those that already have the traildeck?

Ready and waiting to purchase the new version of the TD for the 4-door. Will be sad to remove my tailgate table though... anyone have a downfing sub enclosure on top of their TD? Just curious how that works out, if at all.

Remove the handle and depending on the table it can still work. I just installed mine yesterday and even though the table and the trail deck still contact each other, the doors still close no problem. As you can tell by my door I don't care about scratching paint. Though sadly those scratches came from my husky floor liner believe it or not.

Bonus part of removing the handle is I used the hole for it to bolt one of the included anchors to grab the front fridge handle.

Yes, it will be available! We are planning to have the cargo floor liner ready for our existing TrailDeck owners around late June.

Pure genius. Thanks for the hack, man!

I've had my Traildeck installed for about two months now. I have one change suggestion for the next model: Replace the slots and eyebolt tiedowns with tracks of metal molle. That will allow the top of the drawer to be completely flat and give dozens of tie-down locations. The tie-down eyebolts drive me crazy when I want to slide things forward or push them near the sides, but they don't need to be tied down, and the bolts are in the way.
