I just finished installing Expedition One rock sliders. It's not an easy job by yourself, lol. The tread plates were an absolute PITA!

I'm not 100% sure how I feel about them at the moment. I guess as long as they do their job I'll be happy.

Wrapped up my "Trail Camera" setup inspired by @5GENIDN
Uses the Naviks module to handle 3 video inputs, front, under front, under back

Took an old piece of scrap metal, cut it up and drilled some holes for the mount and cameras.

Installing the naviks module took some time due to having to take apart the dash.

After all that, this is the result, a little button. (what that button does is kinda cool though). I don't have the courage yet to drill a hole for the button.

Last part was the cameras mounted to my existing transfer case skid plate.

(I did make the front facing camera a little lower, I have yet to really test if this made a difference)

And finally a little demo...

On to the next project...

Well Done! beats my set up... Pretty handy out on the trail. Surprised me how often I use it... NOT all the time... just on certain obstacles and in certain situations where tire placement is rather important. I can often see more than a spotter...

Finished up changing ALL the lubrication fluids; diffs, manual transmission, transfer case and engine. I changed the crush washer on both the drain and fill plugs on the transfer case but the fill plug has a small leak for some reason. Yes, the plug is tight. πŸ€·πŸ€”

You have to be weighted down!? Is the rear end squatted hard with that load?
Oh yeah, once I get back from the KY trip the plan is HD springs on the fox shocks and my guy doing a rebuild on them. Possibly airbags too since it will still squat hauling the bike. I will likely fabricate my own removable mounts because the current setup I see for sale doesn't seem to work well with cradles and it seems janky.

I seen another fellow do this on the 4 door bronco in a thread and…ever since been on the lookout for the part. Finally found one complete and almost the same color. (I just like the look of the hood)

Will change the emblem and may have the hood wrapped in satin black. I am keeping the old hood just in case.

I tested out my new Morrflate tire inflator/deflator with the ARB twin compressor. This was in preparation for an upcoming trip to Uwharrie.

Questions for those who have a similar set up.

Do you use a hose from the compressor to the inflation system or just attach it directly to the compressor?

Are there any issues/concerns attaching it directly to the compressor?

I think it looks really good on a two door.

You forgot to change the blinker fluid. :)

I had the ARB single compressor on my Gladiator and would attach the MORRFlate 4 tire hose directly to the compressor with no issues, other then it getting very warm.

My daughter and I just made the pattern for our Bestop Skyrider liner. Itll be held on with industrial velcro, a layer of marine grade black canvas, a layer of rubber then another layer of canvass. We're trying to reduce the sound before we take a family vacation down to Mississippi and Florida. We definitely want the soft top on the Bronco so we can just flip it back but don't want to lose hearing on the drive down and back.

Nobody makes anything like what we're doing for the Skyrider so if it works we might start selling them here if you guys are interested. Hotheads Headliners makes one for the Sunrider (front of the truck only) but not the skyrider (front and back seating areas). I'd have bought one if it was made but theres nothing on the market that I could find.

We'll take some pics when done.
I'll definitely be interested, as I do the foam insulation hack during the winter months.

I've attached it directly to all my compressors and C02 with no issues over the years.
